Ranch Style Beans
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
1 chopped heirloom tomato
Saute the onion in a large saucepan for a few minutes, and a tiny bit of olive oil, until cooked through. While it is cooking, measure out the spices in a bowl, mix and then dump in to the tomatoes. Stir to blend. Add 2-3 cups of beans. Heat and serve!
