Greek Salad Dressing

Phenomenal Greek Salad Dressing from a few simple ingredients.

Take an empty salad dressing jar

  • Squeeze garlic - 4 cloves
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/4 white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Shake the vinegar mixture well to incorporate herbs (no oil added yet) THEN add 1/8 cup EVOO Shake well, let flavors meld, drizzle on Greek Salad.

Vita Mix Greek Salad Dressing, add vinegar and spices, blend on 5 for 15 seconds. Add EVOO, blend at 5 for a few seconds to incorporate oil.

Serve on salad! Keeps 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
