Greek Pizza
- Pita Bread (whole wheat is best!)
- Feta Cheese
- Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
- Red onions sliced
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- EVOO
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drizzle EVOO evoo on top of pita. Sprinkle with oregano lightly, about 1/4 teaspoon per Greek Pizza. Arrange tomato slices, oregano, red onion, feta, and another light sprinkle of oregano on top of the veggie mix.
Bake for 15 min and enjoy the yummy, fresh Greek Pizza taste!
