Grilled Feta Jalapeno Burgers
Need a fast, healthy, delicious dinner in minutes? Try our Grilled Feta Jalapeno Burgers which whip up in minutes and grill fast in warm weather. A cast iron skillet works well on the stove in colder weather.
- 2 lbs ground sirloin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 oz Feta cheese (we used Kryssos Co Feta with Tomato and Basil)
- 2 cayenne/jalapeno cubes or 2 jalapenos finely diced
Mix meat with spices, combining well. Add diced jalapenos, mix well, then add feta cheese. Make sure the meat mixture is evenly combined - so each bite is flavorful and delicious.
Throw on a medium grill, and barbecue on both sides, until done.
If cooking in a cast iron skillet, cook on both sides till done, serve immediately.
