Lemony Blueberry Sorbet

Cool, luscious Lemony Blueberry Sorbet is a family favorite after a weight training session. Fruit, stevia, raw milk (or milk substitute) and you have an amazing, simple dessert, using what you CAN have safely! Zero added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, relatively low carb, full of anti-oxidants and flavor makes it a safe winner! Loaded with organic blueberries we picked last fall makes this extra special. We will probably read that one cannot have a fruit based frozen dessert after working out, just don't tell me!

Basic Mix

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup milk (we use organic raw milk, could use almond, coconut, regular milk or cream)
  • 1 dropper of liquid Lemon Stevia (stevia flavored with lemon)
  • 1/4 fresh lemon peel

Optional

  • 2-4 packets of stevia - if you need it sweeter

Put all ingredients in a Vita-Mix and blend for 30 seconds, until well blended! Enjoy Lemony Blueberry Sorbet in a beautiful crystal glass, or throw it in a bowl and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.
