Berried Brownies ~ 4th of July Treat

ber_broFor a delightful treat that the kids will enjoy, try this fun and festive red, white and blue Berrried Brownie recipe that comes together in a flash!

Easiest Independence Day treat ever, make up easy Berried Brownies from a mix for a red, white and blue 4th of July Treat.

  • 1 brownie mix for 9x13 pan (can be the excellent gluten free Bob's Red Mill Brownie Mix)
  • blueberries
  • raspberries or strawberries
  • Creamy white topping
  • Chocolate shavings

Bake brownies  according to the  directions on the box. Add an extra dash of vanilla to it - to make it taste better, always add vanilla to any boxed mixes! Bake and cool.

Cut into squares. Put on plates. Drizzle your choice of white icing, we used the delicious but technically flopped Fluffy White Icing we had made for the 4th of July cake. Cool whip or flopped whipping cream would work beautifully as well, use what you h ave!ber_bro1

Top with both colors of berries, and chocolate shavings on top! Enjoy with hot organic coffee with coconut cream!
