Whip up a Wild Berry Burst Smoothie packed with anti-oxidants. Who says you can't sneak maximum nutrition into a smoothie, by dumping a little packet of Greens Plus Powder in Wild Berry Burst? We are currently experimenting with Wild Berry Burst and love it.
- 2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana (I used frozen chunks)
- 1 packet Greens Plus Powder - Wild Berry Burst
- 5-10 drops liquid stevia (to taste)
- 1 cup So Delicious coconut milk
- handful of ice - this varies
In a Vita-Mix container, put berries, banana, coconut milk, and liquid stevia. Turn on Vita-Mix to low, and walk it up to 10, then turn on full blast, mixing for about 30 seconds. Add ice to get to the texture you want, add a little more ice if you want it frostier.
Serve your Wild Berry Burst Smoothie in a pretty crystal glass!
