Coconut Bread French Toast GF CF

Try our delectable Coconut Bread made into Coconut Bread French Toast, and enjoy oohing and ahhing over a new brand new breakfast favorite! This is something we might make once a month or per quarter - not an everyday thing by any means. But what a delightful treat after eggs, eggs, eggs!

Coconut Bread French Toast GF CF
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup almond milk, coconut milk or any real or CF milk you choose
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Put a large skillet on medium heat. Spray with non-stick spray or use melted butter or VCO.
Whip eggs together, then add 1/3 cup coconut milk. Whip to blend, then add vanilla and cinnamon.

Dip 1/2 inch slices of Coconut Bread into the French Toast mix and place immediately into the prepared skillet. Cook on each side until done. Since Coconut Bread is different in texture and composition to regular wheat bread, it will take slightly longer, so cook at medium or just under medium for a longer time to cook it thoroughly.
Eat immediately!
Serve with fresh berries, sauteed apples or Chocolate Gravy, if desired!
