I found this jewel of a book, in the library, and devoured it in a few days. Dairy Hollow House is a bed and breakfast in beautiful, romantic Eureka Springs, ARK. We honeymooned in a similar B&B, just down the road and never forgot that wonderful slice of perfection, honeymooning in the Ozark Mountains. Looking for step by step instructions on how to grind dry, dessicated coconut flakes or shreds into luscious coconut flour, ready to use in new recipes....here you go! The Prudent Wife presents, how to use your VitaMix to grind coconut flakes into coconut flour, for cheap!

Put about a cup of coconut flakes in your VitaMix "Dry Container." Vitamix makes the Dry Container especially to grind things down, like wheat. Any time you use this special container, make sure there is no moisture in it, or you will get coconut glue.

A lovely bed and breakfast in Eureka Springs Arkansas is the stage for this fabulous cookbook full of delicious soups, breads and salads and the riveting stories of Crescent Dragonwagon. Dave and I had honeymooned in the charming Ozark Mountains, at a B&B just down the road in Eureka Springs. It drew me back to that happy time, and has been a favorite ever since!
