Deviled Eggs ~ Brain Building |

Whip up these delicious brain building, herbed Deviled Eggs up in a flash! 6 hard boiled eggs (Use the extra Omega-3 eggs, or farm fresh eggs to boost your healthy Omega-3s!) 1/4 cup mayonaise (go for organic with extra Omeg 3 rather than the fake food type) squeeze of mustard - about 1/2 Tablespoon for our family 1 teaspoon turmeric (brain building spice) salt and pepper to taste
Peel the eggs, and half lengthwise. Gently remove the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustardr, turmeric, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with herbs. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to one day before serving. |
