Easy Homemade Sausage 1 lb. ground meat (turkey, venison, beef, pork) 1 tsp sage 1/3 tsp thyme 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp. coarse black pepper pinch of marjoram pinch of cayenne pepper Optional: paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander.
Mix spices with raw meat and cook. Shape into patties, loaves or stuff into casings. We take meal sized portions and freeze them individually. Double, triple or quadruple to feed the freezer for easy meals!
